Loft renovation in downtown Athens

In the center of Athens, near the picturesque neighborhood of Plaka, an apartment on the sixth floor of a building plays with Old and Modern Athens developing a philosophy of complete relaxation and enjoyment. The interior design and the architectural layout of indoor and outdoor spaces, at the veranda, as well as the selection of materials, were done by KDiakosmos in cooperation with the Interior Designer Thalia Ntourou (In Tectus). Everything was done according to a specific plan, a strict timetable, and under rigorous supervision. The Loft is located on the sixth floor of a building with stunning views of the Acropolis. Its layout allows all rooms to be in direct contact with each other. The bedroom, one level up, is a special structure that houses the bed and the headboard (- storage area) and communicates directly with the balcony and the Jacuzzi. The latter can be accessed both from the room and from the balcony. These volumes and natural materials take shape and form to create a bright, relaxing space; an apartment in the heart of an urban city.
