A residence spanning over 2 levels (1st and 2nd floor) in a three-story building with sea view. The team studied the site and everything was done on the basis of a specific plan and strict supervision. The refurbishment focused on modern aesthetics and was made with a view to creating a relaxing environment with a fresh “pop” touch. The objective was achieved by the choice of neutral tones of colour and the creation of several hidden storage spaces which are not visible to the visitor. This neutral character allowed the simple forms of the furniture to determine the final style.
