An apartment in an old block of flats, built in 1970, with sea view from the front balcony and mountain view from the rear balcony. The 50 m2 apartment was purchased for commercial purposes, i.e. to be put up on the Airbnb platform. It was designed to become a unique, competitive, and good quality choice for tenants renting on Airbnb. Everything, the interior design, the architectural layout of outdoor spaces at the veranda, as well as the selection of materials, was done according to a specific plan, a strict timetable, and under rigorous supervision. The apartment was upgraded with smart affordable modifications to create an ergonomic space of a timeless character. Walls were demolished and custom-made elements were designed to cater to the limited space available, with the focus on guests and a pleasant experience throughout the length of their stay!
